Career Pathways

Career Pathways

The purpose of the Career Pathways are to help undergraduate students explore the skills they can develop, and the potential career paths connected to the majors offered at Western Kentucky University. Each career pathway includes a document specific to a major, outlining valuable skill sets, related job opportunities, and how that major fits into the broader professional landscape.

These career pathways are designed to serve as a helpful resource for students as they consider how their academic choices align with future career goals. They also provide insight into the types of roles and industries commonly pursued by graduates from each major.

To access a career pathway document, simply click on your college of interest. From there, you’ll find a list of majors with downloadable documents attached for each one.
If you have any questions, please contact the Career Development Center at careerhelp@wku.edu.
