Fall 2025 Jazz Band Audition Information

 

Auditions are required for ALL students interested in participating in Jazz Band, including new AND returning jazz students.

 

Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 from 1:30-3:40pm

Music Hall room 103 (Instrumental Rehearsal Hall)

Info for Rhythm Section Players

  • A bass amp will be available in IRH

    • Please bring your own patch cord and instrument

  • Guitarists

    • Please bring your OWN Amp (guitar amp not available)

  • Drummers

    • Plan to make arrangements with Dr. Herbert BEFORE your audition to assemble the drum set located in the Jazz Storage room.

  • Vibes will be available in IRH
