
WKU Apartments
The WKU Apartments offer premiere, fully furnished two-bedroom and one-bedroom options for students with 60 or more completed credit hours before the start of the lease term who desire an apartment experience while living on the Hill.
The two apartment buildings are located on Kentucky Street next to the Alumni Square Garage, and are owned by the Student Life Foundation and operated by WKU Department of Housing & Residence Life.
Scholarships and financial aid can be applied.
WKU Apartment applications are accepted October 1-14 and February 1-14
Apartment offers for the spring semester are sent via email in late October.
Apartment offers for the next academic year are sent via email in late February.
Those who do not receive an offer are placed on a waitlist and will be contacted if an apartment becomes available.
All units come with the following amenities:
Fully furnished with a couch, coffee table, full size bed, dresser and nightstand
*Bar stools are provided in 1350 Kentucky St. apartments only
Stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, & dishwasher
Washer & dryer
Utilities Included (water, internet, electric, sanitation)
Granite counter tops
Utility Closet
Crown molding
Closets in bedroom with wire shelving
Tiled Bathrooms
Ceiling fans in living room & bedrooms

Free, timely maintenance
- Full-time and approved part-time students
- Graduate students
- Undergraduate students with over 60 earned credit hours at the time of lease start
- Students who are married or have dependent children

If you renew, your second lease term is 12-months, starting July 1 through June 30
