Steps to Login to Preston's Membership Software

As of January 2026, Campus Recreation & Wellness is moving software systems. Please read below for instructions on logging into the system. 

 

For Current WKU Faculty, Staff and Students: 

1. Go to https://wku.dserec.com/online/dashboard 

2. Click "Login" in the right corner

3. Choose "University Account" 

4. Login with your wku account

 

For current Preston Members (Retirees, Alumni, Recent Graduates, Buddy Members):

1. Go to https://wku.dserec.com/online/dashboard 

2. Click "Login" in the right corner

3. Choose "Local Account"

4. Choose to Create a new account. 

5. Login using a personal email address (you CANNOT use an @wku or @topper email) 

 

For new Preston Members: 

1. Go to https://wku.dserec.com/online/dashboard 

2. Click "Login" in the right corner

3. Choose "Local Account"

4. Choose to Create a new account

5. Create an account with your email address 

 

After you have registered in the system, steps To Sign Up for a Membership:

1. Click the Membership button on the main dashboard. 

2. Pick the category you fall into. 

3. Select the membership that is right for you, and follow all steps to sign up.
