Instructional Fitness Programs
The Health & Fitness Lab is your one-stop destination for personalized wellness support, offering a variety of fitness assessments to help you better understand your body, performance, and overall health. Our team can align you with services tailored to your specific fitness goals, whether that’s strength, endurance, body composition, or overall wellness—and if you’re currently certified in a fitness-related field, come work with us and be part of a team dedicated to helping others thrive. Functional BootCamp:
This group has 3 scheduled workouts a week, dedicated to improving all of the components of health fitness. Improve your total body fitness through exercises that use all of your muscles while performing movements essential to everyday life. Improve your quality of life, athletic performance, or just to blow off stress in a team environment.
Spring 2026 Functional will run from February 23rd - May 1st Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. It will be $75 for 27 classes. There will be no classes the week of March16h - March 20th.
To register:
- Go to https://wku.dserec.com/online/cr/programs
- Choose Login in the top right corner
- If you are a current WKU student or F/S, choose University Account to login.
- If you are not current WKU student or F/S, choose Local Account and create an account to login (if you have not already).
- Once logged in, choose Fitness and Wellness
- Hit "Classes" on the right side menu
- Select Functional Bootcamp, Register and follow steps to finish registration.
Pop Up PT Sessions:
Our Pop-Up PT Session is a low-pressure opportunity to try fun, functional movements in a private space while getting a feel for what personal training is all about. Stop by to lift, learn, and connect with a few of our certified personal trainers in a relaxed and supportive environment!
Our first pop up session will be held in the PT room on February 19th, from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
