For more information regarding memberships, please contact our Membership Office at (270) 745-6060. You can also visit the Campus Rec & Wellness Office located in the Health & Fitness Lab on the 1st Floor of the Preston Center.

Current WKU F/S & Students may use their WKU 800#'s.
*Other members will be assigned a Preston Only 500#, and must purchase a $10 Preston Only ID card.*
Where should you park?
Preston Center members who are not students, and who are not employed by the university are eligible to purchase a Preston Center Parking Permit at $10 per semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer).
Parking permits may be purchased at WKU Parking and Transportation.

Preston Center Memberships
The Raymond B. Preston Health & Activities Center offers a wide variety of facilities and services dedicated to promoting health, fitness, and FUN!
As a member of the Preston Center, you will have access to our fitness facilities, open recreation area's, group fitness classes, indoor walking track, pool, and locker rooms.
Memberships can be purchased online in our software app: https://wku.dserec.com/online/dashboard or in person Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm in the Health & Fitness Lab located on the 1st floor of the Preston Center, pass the women's locker rooms in room 20A.
WKU Student Memberships
Fall & Spring Semesters:
- Undergraduate students taking 12 or more credit hours and Graduate students taking 9 or more credit hours are automatically Preston Center members when tuition is paid.
- Part-time undergraduate and graduate students (with 3 credit hours or more) may purchase
a membership
- Membership Rate: $35.00 per semester
- Part-time students may purchase a Preston Center membership on our membership website, follow the directions here.

Spouse and Dependent Children Memberships
- Student spouse memberships are available for purchase!
- Membership Rate: $35.00 per semester.
- Rate will be paid via monthly billing through our software DSE
- Membership Rate: $35.00 per semester.
- Students need to login to Preston's software system and add their spouse on their
account.
- They can scan into the building using our app, or come to the CRW Office to purchase a Preston Only ID to swipe into the building for $10 plus tax.
- Dependent children and grandchildren (17 years and under) will be:
- 15-17 years old: $10.00 per child per month.
- 14 years old or younger: $5.00 per month
- Children/Grandchildren 18+ will fall under the Buddy category.
- An adult member must accompany children under 14 in the facility at all times.
- Spouses & children will be assigned a "Preston Only" 500# number and issued a "Preston Only" ID for $10 per ID.
WKU Student Day Passes
- Any WKU student who does not have a membership to the Preston Center may sponsor themselves for a guest pass!
- Guest Pass Rate: $5 plus tax.
- After self-sponsoring that member is then eligible to sponsor up to three guests during their visit.
- All sponsoring members and their guest(s), 18 and over, must provide a photo I.D. which will be kept for the duration of their visit at the front desk.
Summer:
- Summer student memberships are $35 regardless of the amount of credit hours enrolled. These can be purchased online.
- Membership Rate: $35.00 plus tax for the summer.
- Memberships can be purchased online through student account.
- Dependent children and grandchildren (17 years and under) will be:
- 15 - 17 years old: $10.00 per child per month.
- 14 years old or younger: $5.00 per month
- Children/Grandchildren 18+ will fall under the Buddy category.
Recent Graduate Membership:
- Available for 8 months immediately following graduation.
- Proof of graduation date required
- Recent Graduates can scan in to the building using our app. If they would like to swipe in, they will be assigned a "Preston Only" 500# number and issued a "Preston Only" ID for $10.These can be purchased in the CRW Office.
- Membership Rate: $15.00 per month plus tax.
Student Locker Rentals:
- Students may rent a locker for the semester (Spring, Summer, Fall)
- Locker Fee: $10.00 per semester plus tax.
All Cancellations must be done in writing.

WKU Faculty & Staff Memberships
- All faculty & staff are eligible for a membership
- Membership Rate: $25.00 per month plus tax.
- With Half Locker: $30.00 per month plus tax.
- With Full Locker: $35.00 per month plus tax.

- An adult member must accompany children under 14 in the facility at all times.
- All members who are not current F/S or students will need to purchase a Preston Only ID for $10 for access to the facility.
WKU Police Memberships
- Membership Fee: $15.00 per month plus tax.
- With Half Locker: $20.00 per month plus tax.
- With Full Locker: $25.00 per month plus tax.
- Rate will be paid via monthly billing through our software DSE
- WKU Police Spouse Membership Fee: $25.00 per month plus tax.
- Dependent children and grandchildren (17 years and under) will be:
- 15 - 17 years old: $10.00 per child per month.
- 14 years old or younger: $5.00 per month
- Children/Grandchildren 18+ will fall under the Buddy category.

Alumni Memberships
- Alumni Association members can sign up for Preston Center membership in our software app, or in person in the Health & Fitness Lab, 20A, Preston Center.
- A current Alumni Association card will be required when signing up for a Preston Center membership.
- Individuals that are not current Alumni Association members will be referred to the Alumni Relations Office.
- Membership Rate: $30.00 per month plus tax.
- With Half Locker: $35.00 per month plus tax.
- With Full Locker: $40.00 per month plus tax.
- This rate will be paid via monthly billing in our software DSE.
Alumni Spouse and Child Options
- Spouses of alumni are eligible for membership with their spouse at the same rate!
- Membership Rate: $30 per month plus tax.
- This rate will be paid via monthly billing in our software DSE.
- Dependent children and grandchildren (17 years and under) will be:
- 15 - 17 years old: $10.00 per child per month plus tax.
- 14 years old or younger: $5.00 per month plus tax.
- Children/Grandchildren 18+ will fall under the Buddy category.
- An adult member must accompany children under 14 in the facility at all times.
- WKU Alumni Association members with an Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree from WKU are eligible for Preston Center membership.
- Alumni Preston Center members can utilize the facility during regular operational hours.
- Alumni Preston Center members can bring guests to use the facility for a $5 fee per person.
Retiree Membership Options
- Membership Rate: $15.00 per month plus tax.
- With Half Locker: $20.00 per month plus tax.
- With Full Locker: $25.00 per month plus tax.
- This rate will be paid via monthly billing in our software DSE.
- Spouse Membership Rate: $25 per month plus tax.
- Dependent children and grandchildren (17 years and under) will be:
- 15 - 17 years old: $10.00 per child per month
- 14 years old or younger: $5.00 per month
- Children/Grandchildren 18+ will fall under the Buddy category.
- Retirees who are enrolled in class will not have the option of paying the student rate.
- Optional retirees are eligible for the Retiree membership category, however, they can no longer use their WKU ID to enter the facility. Optional Retirees will be assigned a Preston Only Number and ID (a one time $10 charge).

Buddy Memberships
- Members of the Preston Center may purchase a Buddy Membership for their children/grandchildren (18 and over), a friend, or a significant other.
- Membership Rate: $35.00 per month plus tax.
- With Half Locker: $40.00 per month plus tax.
- With Full Locker: $45.00 per month plus tax.
- This rate will be paid via monthly billing in our software DSE.
Cherry Society Memberships
- Members of the WKU Cherry Society are eligible for Preston Center membership. For more information on the Cherry Society, please visit the Investing in the Spirit website.
- Membership Rate: $35 per month plus tax.
- With Half Locker: $40.00 per month plus tax.
- With Full Locker: $45.00 per month plus tax.
- This rate will be paid via monthly billing.
