FREE Services:

A blood pressure test measures the pressure in your arteries as your heart pumps. We will wrap an inflatable cuff around the top part of your arm so that the bottom of the cuff is just above your elbow. Your results will be given immediately and will be categorized as low to high blood pressure.
Measurement of height and body weight is a quick and simple screening that provides you with information about your body.

Using bioelectrical impedance technology, clients receive an advanced body composition analysis that provides detailed insights beyond just body weight. The scan measures muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, water balance, and more. The results help individuals track progress, set realistic fitness goals, and personalize their nutrition and exercise plans for optimal health.
Time: This service takes about 5 minutes
Cost: Students $5; Faculty/Staff $8; Community $10

Clients are evaluated on fundamental movement patterns to assess mobility, stability, and motor control. Scores help guide corrective exercise strategies and monitor progress over time, making it valuable to improve movement quality and overall physical function. You will receive a comprehensive report on your evaluation.
Time: This service takes about 15-20 minutes
Cost: Students $5; Faculty/Staff $8; Community $10

To report this service for employee wellness credit:
- Snap a picture of the print out from your appointment
- Visit the Employee Wellness Portal & Login
- Go to Points Planner > Workplace Programs > Fitness Assessment Activity > Act Now
- Hit the Submit for Approval button
- You will fill out the date and click add file, then attach the picture you took, and hit submit
** The Health & Fitness Lab is located in the Preston Center, room 20. Take a left after the front desk, go past the locker rooms and vending machines. We are the last thing on that side of the building.
