campus running smoothly. Management Services handles inventory, shipping, & surplus. Our services also include everything from parking and postal services to purchasing, printing, and the WKU Store.
Inventory Control
Tracks and tags high-value assets and computers for reporting and insurance compliance.
Parking & Transportation
Coordinates campus parking services and transit solutions.
Postal Services
Handles on-campus mail services, postage, and passport processing.
Printing Services
Offers print services through the Print Center for departmental needs.
Purchasing
Supports procurement and vendor services, including procurement card use.
Shipping & Receiving
Handles incoming/outgoing shipments and department moves using delivery codes.
Surplus
Manages disposal, reuse, and auctioning of surplus university items, with campus pickup.
Vending Services
Operates a variety of vending machines in residence halls and other campus buildings.
WKU Store - B&N Bookstore
Shop for men's, women's and children's apparel, gifts, textbooks, and more.
