Shipping & Receiving
Shipping & Receiving provides the University with a centralized location for dispatching of FedEx, UPS and all freightliners. We utilize the WKU 3 digit delivery codes uniquely assigned to each department to serve our campus more effectively. Shipping & Receiving also provides moving assistance for campus departments.
We strive to accomplish these duties so that all packages, inbound or outbound, and all move requests are handled in a professional manner that emphasizes the importance of customer service. We realize that customers shape our relationship with the University community and we will continue to provide service at a level that is nothing less than excellent.
