Strategy, Operations & Finance provides leadership for the administrative, financial, and operational services that support WKU’s mission. The division ensures responsible resource management, efficient operations, and a safe environment for students, faculty, and staff.
SOF includes Budget, Finance & Analytics, Business Services, Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, Internal Audit, Innovation Campus, and WKU Police. Its work spans budgeting and planning, purchasing, inventory, payroll, student billing, technology services, facility operations, and campus safety. Through these functions, SOF advances academic excellence, administrative efficiency, and meaningful student engagement in a digital age.
