PCAL Modern Languages

I-Tsai Pan holds a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She is currently pursuing her second Master’s degree, an MBA, at WKU. Now in her third year at WKU, Itsai serves as the Program Manager of the Chinese Flagship Program, where she supports student recruitment, organizes cultural and co-curricular activities, manages program data, and ensures the smooth operation of program administration. With her combined background in language education and program management, she is dedicated to supporting students from diverse backgrounds in their language-learning journeys and preparing them to become global professionals.
