The Topper Orientation Program (TOP) is the first required event for all incoming first-time students—and it’s a crucial opportunity to make them feel supported and connected from the start. As faculty and professional advisors, your role in TOP advising helps set the tone for each student’s academic journey. In this session, the Office of Admissions will provide important updates on the upcoming TOP events, including logistics, advising expectations, and tips for engaging with students effectively.
