Request a Pregnancy and/or Pregnancy-Related Accommodation


Student: If you are a WKU student seeking accommodations because of pregnancy and/or pregnancy-related conditions, please complete this Pregnancy Accommodation Request Form. Please note: While Title IX does not require accommodations for general parenting duties, it does require accommodations for medical needs tied to pregnancy and childbirth, including those affecting the child if they stem from the pregnancy and/or medically linked to birth complications. Therefore, medical documentation from your medical provider is required to show this need before contacting your professors.
