pants, etc. A nice top, preferably no t-shirts or hoodies. No lounge or workout gear.
You must wear closed-toed and closed-heeled shoes to every meeting.
Where do we meet?
Most meetings we are at the main hospital in Bowling Green. Accepted students will
receive additional information about meeting locations.
What time should I arrive?
Students should arrive beginning at 4:00 pm so the program activities can promptly begin at 4:30 pm.
School is closed due to severe weather. Are we still meeting?
Often times the roads are greatly improved by the time our program is to begin. Emily
will assess the conditions in the late morning and make a final decision. The final
decision will be emailed or texted out. You are also welcome to contact Emily directly.
If you do not feel comfortable traveling in the given road conditions, please do not
come.
I really liked department _____ and would like to shadow there, what should I do?
Ask while we are at the department! Many of the departments will let students shadow
them during school breaks or on days when school is not in session.
