Grants & Contracts Accounting
Grants and Contracts Accounting (GCA) oversees the post award financial management of all external grants, contracts, and agreements at WKU. Once an award document is received from the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), GCA sets up the award in Banner Finance and oversees all internal and external financial reporting. For inquiries about expenditures, balances, reporting or other financial details related to these awards, GCA serves as the primary point of contact.
Office of Sponsored Programs
The Office of Sponsored Programs supports WKU faculty and staff in securing external funding for research and projects. From identifying funding opportunities to reviewing award terms, OSP provides guidance throughout the entire grant process to advance WKU’s academic and research goals.
