OCSE Suitable Event Request Form
To have your event set up in Suitable, please review the following information, and then complete the form below. Your submission will automatically be sent to Jennifer Anderson, the Global Administrator for OCSE. Jennifer will review the submission and manually add each approved event to Suitable.
Suitable is WKU’s co-curricular engagement platform that helps students make the most of their college experience by:
- Tracking participation across academic, social, and leadership activities.
- Earning points and badges for personal, academic, and professional development milestones.
- Showcasing their growth through customizable Scorecards and Portfolios.
Note: Suitable does not include transcript grades, GPA, or FERPA-protected academic records. It is designed solely to highlight engagement and skill-building outside of the classroom.
Before submitting the form below, please review the following conditions related to your submission:
- Please make sure to submit Suitable events at least two weeks prior to the event to ensure that the event is manually created in Suitable and has been in the application long enough for students to view it.
- You are responsible for printing the QR code that students use to log their attendance at the event. Jennifer Anderson will forward the QR code in an email to you and/or the event contact listed in the below form.
- You are responsible for reaching out to Jennifer Anderson (jennifer.anderson@wku.edu) after the event for an attendance report.
