All new to WKU, full-time undergraduate students are eligible to participate in M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan.
Early Registration
The registration fee is $150 if you register on or before 4:30 p.m. CT, August 1
You can register for M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan afterapplying for housing or a housing exemption. You do not have to attend TOP before registering for M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan.
Late Registration
Late registration is accepted in the WKU Housing & Residence Life office on August 17, 2026, 8 AM - Noon.
The on-site registration fee is $175 ($150 registration fee and $25 late fee).
A credit/debit card is required for payment.
Come directly to the WKU Housing & Residence Life office in Southwest Hall on August 17, 2026 between 8 AM-Noon to register on-site. You do not need to sign up for a M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan move-in timeslot. You will be directed to move into your residence hall after registering for M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan.
Payment
Payable by credit/debit card through the online registration in the Admissions Application Status Portal.
The M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan fee is non-refundable.

*M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan meals begin Monday, August 16, 2026. Any unused meals will convert to bonus meals when fall meal plans begin on Friday, August 21st.

You must have a housing application or approved housing exemption on file in order to register for M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan.

How to Register
1. Login to the WKU Application Status Portal through apply.wku.edu/portal/status
2. Review your “Next Steps Checklist.”
4. Select "Registration for M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan" from the WKU Application Status Portal Check List.
3. Complete the registration form.
