The state currently does not require applicants pursuing licensure to have graduated with a Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP)-accredited master’s degree; but may require a graduate degree in a related field. However, WKU's curriculum does not meet this state’s requirement for: R10/8-22 Graduate Coursework in "Contextual Dimensions: Mental Health Counseling" - See Form C - Verification of Graduate Coursework via Related Links Specifies in LMHCA Application Checklist "at least sixty-six (66) hours of face to face supervision."
