Individual visitors are welcome for self-guided visits on Wednesday through Saturday. ALL GROUPS must complete online reservation requests forms.

Celebrating our 10th Anniversary!

Notably this year, see Equal Temperament, a national juried metalworking exhibition featuring works by 32 artists across the nation. 

Join us at the Kentucky Museum for a free community event celebrating the metal workers' trade, including forge, tinsmithing, and basic skills demonstrations; narrative stages; DIY aluminum pours, and the opportunity to meet metalworkers and artisans. Cotton BBQ will be onsite.

An afternoon of activities for both adults and children to celebrate and honor our region's veterans. Following the Bowling Green Veterans Day Parade, veterans and their families, and the public, are invited to join us.

Travel Funds for Field Trips

The Kentucky Arts Council, the state arts agency, provides travel reimbursement funds to Kentucky schools for field trips to the Kentucky Museum with state tax dollars and federal funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.
