* Voicemail coverage means calls to 270-745-7000 will go directly to the leave voicemail prompt. ITS Service Desk employees will attempt to contact callers within 24 hours. Issues unable to resolve via the phone will route to the appropriate ITS area to address during normal university operating hours.
We recommend using chat for requests such as:

- Subscribing/unsubscribing from mailing lists
Not all requests can be effectively addressed via chat and may result in a ticket creation for the ITS Service Desk team to contact you via phone or remote assistance.
