Appointment

Members for this committee are appointed by the Associate Provost for Research based on recommendation by the FCOI Committee.

 

Purpose

This Committee serves to advise the Associate Provost for Research and upholds the FCOI policy which is intended to promote objectivity in research by establishing standards that provide a reasonable expectation that the design, conduct and reporting of research funded or not funded under externally sponsored grants, contracts and cooperative agreements will be free from bias resulting from Investigator financial conflicts of interest.

 

Meetings

This committee meets on a quarterly and as-needed basis.
