Spirit Masters Staff

Luke Phelps is a first year Spirit Master and a junior from Bardstown, KY. He is a Civil Engineering major and a member of the Mahurin Honors College. Luke serves on the leadership team for WKU’s American Society of Civil Engineers chapter, is a member of Tau Beta Pi, and participates in WKU’s Christian organizations. Last summer, he participated in a WKU study abroad experience in Barcelona, Spain. During the summers, Luke interns with the KY Transportation Cabinet and works part-time at the Bardstown Civil War Museum and the Stephen Foster Story Amphitheater. In his free time, Luke enjoys bass fishing, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
