PCAL Under-enrollment Application

Please use this form to explain what steps you intend to take regarding the identified low enrolled course. The Dean’s office will respond to your plan to approve or modify the proposed steps.

Please be sure to complete the “Why is the current course under-enrolled?” “What factors, if any, suggest enrollments will improve?” and the “What actions will you take if enrollments do not improve?” boxes.

Be specific. How many TOPs are remaining in the summer? How many more students do you anticipate enrolling at each TOP? By what date will you meet the course minimum at that pace?

The class will be reviewed again no later than Friday, June 5th, 2026.

* If you selected cancel, please type the prefix (i.e. "PS:) and course number (i.e. "100") for the class to which the instructor will be reassigned.

Generally speaking, Foundations and Explorations category Colonnade classes are preferable. If you do not take these actions on the identified date, the Dean’s office will cancel the course.
