SCHOOL PROGRAM REQUEST FORM

This form is *not* for university division events nor for private use or shows.  Use instead the Private Programs page at the link above.

Home school groups are permitted, but you must have at least 12 students (adults do not count for this).

Shows for education are free, but this requires an educator to follow up on these lessons.  If this is not what you do, we host free shows three times each week.

After you fill out form the below and submit it, we will contact you via email.

Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

SCHOOL TRIP REMINDERS

 

Field trips are scheduled weekdays during school hours. Performance times outside regular hours are available upon request for a nominal charge.

 

We limit the size of student audiences based on grade. Kg-2nd is max 50 students. 3rd-4th grade is max 65.  To bring more, we can work with you to split your group into sub-groups with one sub-group in the Planetarium while other sub-groups are busy at an alternate campus venue within walking distance. Then, after the initial 45 minutes, all groups can rotate to the next activity.
