This form is *not* for university division events nor for school field trips. Use instead the School Programs link above.

This is for groups not part of an educational process (no educator is preparing the students or following up), which means often birthday parties or someone who cannot meet our existing free show schedule.

After you fill out form the below and submit it, we will contact you via email.  Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

Star Chamber

This is the circular room where the planetarium presentations take place.  If you want to see a planetarium show, or otherwise want to use the space for any reason, you can select this option below.

Ring Hall

The Ring Hall is the exhibit space that you can see from outside, and it circles the building.  For private events, this space can double as a place for food and drinks, and socializing.
