Application Withdrawal Request

Prospective students who have applied for admission and wish to withdraw an admission application can request to do so via this form.

Please note:

• This application withdrawal request form is only for graduate students.
• Withdrawing an admission application does not remove you from any classes you are enrolled in. To withdraw from courses, please visit the Registrar's page on withdrawal (https://www.wku.edu/registrar/withdrawal.php). 
• YOU MUST WITHDRAW FROM ALL COURSES BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS WITHDRAWAL REQUEST.
