Enrollment Marketing & CRM Solutions

As the Director of Enrollment Marketing & CRM Solutions at Western Kentucky University, I lead institution-wide efforts to connect data, systems, and storytelling to drive student enrollment and success. My work sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, CRM operations, and enrollment management, translating complex data into actionable insights, building scalable recruitment solutions, and ensuring our communications meet students where they are.

I collaborate closely with campus partners to design marketing and CRM strategies that not only drive enrollment outcomes, but also support transparency, access, and student belonging. I’m especially passionate about improving yield and college-going behavior among students from our service region. As a Regional Comprehensive University, our success relies on our ability to support and uplift the college-ready students of our region.

I approach my work through an improvement-science lens, continuously testing, learning, and refining strategies to better understand the “why” behind student decisions. This methodology has been inspired by my enrollment in the Ed.D program at WKU.

Above all, I lead with a people-first mindset, believing that strong systems are only as effective as the clarity, trust, and purpose behind them. Whether building dashboards, launching campaigns, or rethinking recruitment workflows, my goal is simple: make enrollment processes more human, more transparent, and more effective while engaging the people who use them both internally and externally.
