Setting up Your WKU Accounts

We know that setting up your university accounts can be confusing to make this a less painful process we have gathered the following information into one location to help you out. Please read below and follow these steps to access your account information, set passwords, and complete your Authentication App procedures.

MyWKU

You can log in to MyWKU here using your WKU Toppermail account and password. This will provide you access to your webmail, TopNet, Blackboard and other WKU services.

Set Up Your Accounts

To obtain your Toppermail email account and set the password you will need to visit https://www.wku.edu/its/accounts/manage/ you will access this site with your Last Name, Last four digits of your SSN, and Date of Birth. You will then need to set a security question. You can go HERE for help accessing this site and resetting your passwords.

Microsoft Authenticator App

To have access to your WKU accounts you will need to use the Microsoft Authenticator App. For more information on this process please visit HERE
