14 WKU employees complete The Graduate Institute

The Division of Enrollment and Student Experience (ESE) celebrated the conclusion of its new staff development initiative, The Graduate Institute, as 14 employees completed the program on April 20.
Under the leadership of Dr. Ethan Logan and a steering committee of higher education administrators and faculty, the Institute was designed to provide professional development opportunities for ESE employees who were enrolled in graduate school. The participants met once a month beginning in September. They engaged with administrative leaders from across the university and participated in workshops regarding administrative practices.
Members of the 2021 Graduate Institute Class were Braxton Whitney, Cheyenne Mitchell, Hannah Shaffer, Erik Thomas, Blake Mayfield, Trenton Peyton, Erin Hudson, Patrice Thomas, Robin Lester, Alissa Belton, Amelia Kolb, Karlie Stefonik, Annmarie Brady and Courtney Hurst.
Committee members were Scott Taylor, Dr. Lynne Holland, Dr. Aaron Hughey, Dr. Peggy Crowe, Candice Douglas, Mindy Johnson, Randall Bogard and Minnette Ellis.
