- Thursday, February 9th, 2023

WKU Global Learning and International Affairs (WKU Global) will present Global Fest at the Honors College and International Center (HCIC) on Wednesday, February 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring an international extravaganza.
The second annual Global Fest will feature international student organizations, cultural displays, a resource fair and student performances. Study abroad program providers and faculty-led program officiants will also hold tables for students who are interested in traveling for study abroad/away opportunities. Students will be eligible for drawings for scholarships, study abroad application fee waivers, and various WKU items during the event.
Global Learning Ambassador Khazzy Taylor helped initiate the first Global Fest last year. He said he looks forward to continuing on the event as a tradition. “I am excited to see the display of different cultures, the excitement of studying abroad and the exhilaration of different program providers,” the student from The Bahamas said.
